Sara Lee Cheesecake Recipe



Sarah Lee Cheesecake is the cheesecake of cheesecakes! This recipe by Sarah Lee almost makes it worth while to be fat. Extra 30 minutes on the treadmill for you tommorrow!



Sara Lee Cheesecake recipe ingredients:

-1-9 inch graham cracker crust
-16 oz cream cheese


Filling
-1 cup sour cream
-2 tablespoons cornstarch
-1 cup granulated sugar
-2 tablespoons butter
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Topping
-¾ cup sour cream
-¼ cup powdered sugar


Sarah Lee Cheesecake recipe instructions:
  1. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, cornstarch, and sugar in the bowl of a mixer.
  2. Mix until sugar has dissolved.
  3. Add the butter and vanilla
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted 1 inch from the edge comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 1 hour.
  8. Mix the sour cream and powdered sugar.
  9. Spread the mixture over the top of the cool cheesecake.
  10. Chill or freeze until ready to eat.
