T.G.I. Fridays Baked Potato Skins Recipe


TGI Fridays baked potato skins is the easiest and fastest way to potato skin heaven. A simple but yummy tasting recipe. As an alternative you can top with pickled jalapeno slices & black olives.


T.G.I. Fridays Baked Potato Skins recipe ingredients:


-10 baked potato skin halves (empty of potato)
-1 tablespoon melted butter
-1/2 cup fried bacon, diced and crispy fried (about 5 strips)
-Seasoned salt
-1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
-3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


TGI Friday Baked Potato Skins recipe instructions:
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Brush potato shells with melted butter and sprinkle seasoned salt to taste.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until crisp but not dry and hard.
  4. Remove and sprinkle with cheese, bacon and chives.
  5. Place back in oven until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve with sour cream.
